This role will focus on driving adoption of Electra’s low-carbon iron among steel producers and expanding into specialist markets where sustainable materials are in high demand. The ideal candidate will bring deep industrial sales experience, strong market knowledge, and a passion for advancing clean technologies. Located Based in Europe, preferably Germany. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting steel producers and specialist market segments</li><li>Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Electra’s low-carbon iron products</li><li>Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance tracking</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the steel industry and niche markets</li><li>Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and sustainability initiatives across Europe</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales efforts with customer needs</li><li>Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategic planning </li><li>Represent Electra at industry events, conferences, and trade shows</li><li>Read, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices, and company policies and procedures </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul>What we need you to bring to the team:   <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related  </li><li>10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial, steel, or clean tech sectors </li><li>Demonstrated success selling to steel producers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles</li><li>Deep understanding of European market dynamics, sustainability regulations, and emerging trends in low-carbon materials</li><li>Proven ability to create and negotiate high-impact contracts, including industry-first agreements, in alignment with strategic goals </li><li>Skilled in conducting joint customer meetings with senior colleagues to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining a live CRM system to support sales operations and pipeline visibility</li><li>Fluent in English and German </li><li>Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach and able to lead by example as a working manager while driving new business and managing a personal book of accounts </li><li>Committed to building a high-performance sales culture through regular communication, coaching, client visit observations, and team development</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to engage with customers and partners</li></ul><div><div>What we want you to bring to the team:   <ul><li>Advanced degree in business administration.  </li><li>Additional languages are a plus </li><li>Experience working for a high-growth company </li></ul>Compensation:   <ul><li>The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $150,000-$195,000 US Dollars and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.  </li></ul>If you need an accommodation during the application or interview process, reach out to us at <a href="mailto:careers@electra.earth">careers@electra.earth</a> We’re here to help.</div></div>
