Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.Job Description:*This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assignedPosition Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Assist Business Operations Coordinator and Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.</li><li>Perform accurate data entry of Purchase Orders and Change Orders</li><li>Manage vendor deliveries, tracking, and invoicing.</li><li>Manage vendor compliance activities</li><li>Coordinate with accounting team to enter new vendors into ERP system</li><li>Manage Master Service Agreement process with legal team</li><li>Create Site Specific Safety Plans with input from various stakeholders</li><li>Procure SOLV insurance and distribute to clients</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.</li><li>Manage and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationship through regular meetings and communications.</li><li>Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)</li><li>Assist in Identifying problems in operations process and resolve them timely manner.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.</li><li>Ability to perform all essential Administrative duties</li><li>Assist in maintaining a project filing system</li><li>Verify correct codes for accounts payable invoices</li><li>Compile and issue subcontracts and purchase orders using PDF program and DocuSign</li><li>Warranty tracking</li><li>Verify and Maintain inventory of Field Equipment.</li><li>Complete other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)</li><li>Effective written and verbal English language communication skills</li><li>Ability to use independent judgment, self-starting</li></ul>SOLV Energy Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt SOLV Energy we celebrate the power of our differences.
