Your mission This role, Delivery Project Manager, plays a crucial role in ensuring ESS projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive results. Your main responsibilities will include:   1. Project Planning  <ul><li>Define BESS project scope (S,A,B level), goals, and deliverables in different stages: </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines (Gantt charts, schedules) and budgets.  </li><li>Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.  </li></ul> 2. Team Coordination &amp; Leadership <ul><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.  </li><li>Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract &amp;l egal, finance etc.).  </li><li>Motivate and guide the team to meet the plans.  </li></ul> 3. Stakeholder Communication <ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for customer, executives and team members.  </li><li>Provide regular progress updates (status reports, meetings).  </li><li>Organize regular meetings with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.</li><li>Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.  </li></ul> 4. Project payment &amp; Resource Management  <ul><li>Track project payment milestones and ensure adherence to the program &amp; deadline.  </li><li>Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, tools, materials).</li></ul>   5.
