The operations manager is responsible for leading two departments within the DC.  They have responsibility overseeing daily operations that include picking and packing orders, shipping, receiving, restocking, stow, and quality control. The operations manager must be able to communicate, collaborate, and work well across teams in a multi-discipline organization.
