This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and talent processes. Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Assist the HRBP/Head of HR/ HRD in coordinating and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Generate and manage HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) for internal stakeholders.</li><li>Help analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, attendance, employee feedback, etc.).</li><li>Support special HR projects such as DEI initiatives, process automation, competency mapping, and policy enhancement.</li><li>Prepare presentations and provide support for HR meetings and leadership briefings</li><li>Support the stakeholders by helping document cases, follow-ups, and communications.</li></ul>
