Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Construction Planning Expert to lead the planning and execution of major bridge projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in civil works, construction planning, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and methodologies for major bridge projects.</li><li>Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Implement advanced construction planning tools and techniques to optimize project execution.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Provide strategic direction and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities.</li><li>Oversee the construction, supervision, and execution of major bridge projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with contract management teams to ensure alignment with project goals and contractual obligations.</li><li>Manage relationships with clients, funding agencies, and other key stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.</li><li>Establish quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of construction.</li><li>Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics, for internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>
