The Manager – Global Service Delivery Leader (SDL), CMD &amp; Cash Applications is responsible for global process governance and service delivery execution across Customer Master Data and Cash Application processes. This role ensures accurate customer master data, timely and first-time-right cash application, and minimal unapplied and unidentified cash, supporting effective Billing and Cash &amp; Collections outcomes. Operating within the global O2C framework, the role governs execution across delivery teams, drives standardization and automation, and partners closely with the Global SDLs for Billing and Cash &amp; Collections to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Process Governance <ul><li>Govern global CMD and Cash Application processes in line with established O2C standards and policies. </li><li>Ensure consistent execution of customer creation, modification, and maintenance processes across regions. </li><li>Drive initiatives to reduce unapplied and unidentified cash and improve cash application accuracy. </li><li>Act as the primary global process contact for CMD and Cash Applications. </li></ul>2. Service Delivery &amp; Performance Management <ul><li>Manage day-to-day global service delivery across CMD and Cash Application teams. </li><li>Monitor and report on KPIs including accuracy, timeliness, unapplied/unidentified balances, and rework. </li><li>Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring data quality or cash application issues. </li><li>Ensure effective handoffs and alignment with Billing and Cash &amp; Collections teams. </li></ul>3. Stakeholder Collaboration <ul><li>Partner with Commercial, Billing, and Collections stakeholders to address upstream drivers impacting CMD and cash application quality. </li><li>Support internal and customer escalations related to customer setup and payment application. </li><li>Contribute to customer experience improvements through clean data and timely cash posting. </li></ul>4. Transformation, Automation &amp; Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Support and execute automation and standardization initiatives across CMD and Cash Applications. </li><li>Identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities and support benefit realization. </li><li>Partner with IT and transformation teams to enhance tools, workflows, and system integration. </li><li>Maintain global process documentation, SOPs, and control frameworks. </li></ul>5. Controls, Risk &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements (including SOX) across CMD and Cash Application processes. </li><li>Monitor operational risks related to data integrity and unapplied/unidentified cash. </li><li>Coordinate compliance with regional statutory requirements in partnership with local finance teams. </li></ul>6. People Leadership <ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop team leads and associates across CMD and Cash Application teams. </li><li>Drive workforce planning, cross-training, and capability development. </li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. </li></ul>
