Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Cost Estimation Team Lead to join our team in Warsaw or in Poznan. In this  role, you will lead our cost estimating team and be responsible for preparation of a cost documentation for  variety of infrastructure projects across Poland and Europe, serving both private and public  sector clients.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee and guide a team of cost estimators, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards.</li><li>Use company estimating systems, tools, and procedures effectively.</li><li>Develop cost estimates at all project stages according to design accuracy and available assumptions.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for cost estimation.</li><li>Communicate cost-related insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management and clients.</li><li>Ensure that all cost estimates adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyse how project assumptions and design decisions impact overall cost estimates.</li><li>Track costs of materials and equipment.</li><li>Update cost plans throughout the design development process.</li><li>Prepare construction and bid schedules.</li><li>Actively participate in meetings with clients and design teams.</li></ul>
