Sales Specialist Residential Solar (f/m/x) – Netherlands (Full-time) About Otovo Otovo’s mission is to make residential energy systems simple, reliable, and accessible across Europe. About the role Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full-time position, fully remote within the Netherlands, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure. Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition. Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C)</li><li>Advise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls</li><li>Guide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closing</li><li>Prepare and present customized offers</li><li>Build and maintain your own customer network</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team (e.g. appointment setting and lead qualification)</li><li>Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performance</li><li>Track and improve results based on clear KPIs </li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Remote work within the Netherlands</li><li>Very competitive performance-based commissions with no cap</li><li>Salary range from 40.000 - 42.000 EUR + commissions</li><li>Welcome pack and structured onboarding from day one</li><li>Qualified leads, phone lists, and pre-scheduled video calls (depending on location)</li><li>Modern CRM and sales tools</li><li>Collaboration with a leading European renewable energy company</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market</li><li>Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not required</li><li>Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (required)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and strong results orientation</li><li>Structured, independent, and proactive working style </li></ul>Why Otovo?
