You will transform data into actionable insights and present structured recommendations to senior stakeholders to support sound decision‑making and ensure follow‑through.As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:<ul><li>Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Lead optimisation initiatives across liquid and packaged gases supply chains.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, operations, commercial, and IT.</li><li>Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to support business visibility.</li><li>Conduct scenario modelling, optimisation studies, and cost–benefit analyses to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Lead and facilitate productivity sessions with different European sub‑regions.</li><li>Apply advanced mathematical optimisation techniques in partnership with IT and digital teams.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance and further automate analytical tools supporting supply chain optimisation.</li><li>Ensure supply chain operations comply with regulatory frameworks and sustainability requirements.</li><li>Prepare, visualise, and present insights, models, and recommendations to senior leadership.</li></ul>To be successful in this role, you'll at least need!Education: Master’s degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.Core Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and project‑management skills.</li><li>Structured problem‑solving and evidence‑based decision‑making capabilities.</li><li>High level of autonomy; proactive and self-driven.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).</li><li>Experience with data analytics tools and visualisation platforms such as QlikSense.</li><li>Ability to work with advanced analytical tools; Python and Machine Learning knowledge considered a strong asset.</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Fluency in English is required.</li><li>A second relevant European language is desired.</li></ul>Valid Belgian work permit (if not an EU citizen).What makes you successful?You are a detail‑oriented analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across functions, and translating data into operational improvements.
