Learn the specific standards of equipment’s inspection. Improve understanding on equipment’s properties and attributes in inspection activities, and know well on the difference between normal and abnormal equipment operation.<ul><li>在辅导员指导下，知道如何对设备的异常进行检修作业，包括在线修复和下机修复，备件的周期性更换，从而确保设备运行的可靠性；</li></ul>Learn how to repaire abnormal equipment with guidance from mentor/supervisor, including on-line and off-line repairing, periodic replacement of spare parts, in order to ensure the operational reliability of equipment.<ul><li>在辅导员/主管指导下，当设备计划停机时，参与设备的检修工作；</li></ul>Participate maintenance work assignments at planned shut-down with guidance from the mentor/supervisor;<ul><li>能够完成备件需求的提报；</li></ul>Be able to apply for spares parts requierment;<ul><li>完成辅导员或主管安排的其他工作。</li></ul>Other works assigned the mentor/supervisor.岗位要求 Job Requirements: <ul><li>学历及专业要求: 大专二年级或本科三年级，机械/电气/仪表/自动化专业优先；</li></ul>Education requirement: Junior College/Junior University degree, major in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation is an advantage;<ul><li>语言要求：普通话流利，会英语者优先；</li></ul>Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, and English is an advantage;<ul><li>能够适应倒班工作；</li></ul>Work in shifts;<ul><li>具备团队合作精神和必要的沟通能力；</li></ul>Team player with good communication skills<ul><li>愿意学习新知识、新技能；</li></ul>Good willingness learn new knowledge and skills;<ul><li>具备较强的承受能力，能够处理复杂的事务，并且能够承担更大的责任。</li></ul>Good stress tolerance, ability to deal with situations, willingness to take more responsibilities.
