Internship Details:<ul><li>Position will be based out of our office in The Woodlands, TX. Interns are expected onsite Monday-Friday, with the exception of 9/80's. The 9/80 schedule is optional per the manager's discretion, based on intern project scope and timeline.</li><li>Non-local candidates may be considered but must arrange their own travel and temporary accommodation. A summer stipend will be provided to help offset out of pocket expenses.</li><li>Students must be available for the full duration of the internship from May 18 - Aug 7. Any personal time off must be approved by the supervisor as unpaid leave and should be noted with the recruiter as early as possible.</li><li>Interns will receive an hourly wage but are not eligible for benefits or paid time off. Interns will be compensated for observed company holidays.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Support engineering team members with day‑to‑day tasks and ongoing projects</li><li>Assist with data gathering, organization, and basic analysis related to engineering activities</li><li>Help prepare reports, presentations, and other supporting documentation</li><li>Participate in meetings, reviews, and team discussions to gain exposure to business processes and operations</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed</li><li>Follow established safety standards, procedures, and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Fully authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Additionally, we are not authorized for employment under OPT/CPT/F1 visa programs. </li><li>Successful completion of 2 years towards a Bachelor's (or higher) in an Engineering discipline</li><li>Detail-oriented, a strong analytical background</li><li>Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for the oil and gas industry</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills with a variety of technical and non‑technical staff</li><li>Able to work independently and within a team</li><li>Professional conduct is fundamental to success in this position</li><li>Proven organizational and time management skills</li></ul>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran#LI-KT1
