Have a look!<ul><li>Act as a principal subject matter expert for HR &amp; Legal software integrations (esp. Workday Integrations) owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance.</li><li>Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connector, Studio and Document Transformation.</li><li>Level 3 support on Functional topics such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Security etc.,</li><li>Configure Manage, and Audit Workday security, including SSO (Single Sign-On).</li><li>Participate in Workday’s bi-annual release cycles (March and September) to ensure smooth adoption of new features and compliance updates.</li><li>Support implementation and optimization of Workday AI and Machine Learning features</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to work/integrate applications such as OneTrust and local payroll systems, etc. and to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation and adhere to integration standards.</li><li>Utilize Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence for ticketing, project tracking and documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>Workday Integration Certification (required) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio.</li><li>Proven ability to design workflows and solve complex business and technical challenges, including building advanced calculated fields.</li><li>Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP), with working knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE).</li><li>Experience using tools such as Notepad++, Oxygen XML, and Microsoft Copilot.</li><li>Experience in auditing, compliance, and security management within Workday and other HR &amp; Legal platforms.</li><li>Willingness to work with additional HR &amp; Legal applications (e.g., OneTrust, local payroll systems).</li><li>Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence, or similar ticketing and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with agile project management and project management tools</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (mandatory).</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Understanding of Workday functional modules such as Core HCM, Business Process, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, etc.,</li><li>Knowledge of WECI (Workday Enterprise Interface) and PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend is an advantage.</li></ul>What happens once your application is submitted?You will receive an E-Mail when your application has been processed.
