The Business Development Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for driving growth in Dynapower’s data center market within Sensata Technologies' Industrial Segment. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding customer and partner opportunities across hyperscale, colocation, and critical infrastructure segments. The Business Development Manager works cross-functionally with sales leadership, applications engineering, and product teams to translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities. This role contributes market intelligence, supports deal strategy, and influences product direction, positioning Dynapower as a trusted provider of scalable, reliable power electronics solutions for data center applications.General Responsibilities • Oversees new account development within an established geographic territory/product line. • Advises on connecting, contacting, and engaging new potential clients and prospects. • Leads a strong and consistent pipeline of new business. • Oversees customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services • Innovates and create sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services and customers • Oversees implementing efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc.Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersAdditional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Travel international and domestic about 50%</li><li>Represent the company at key market events</li></ul>Additional Experience/ Skills:<ul><li>Deep knowledge of power electronics and data center infrastructure to translate customer needs—such as efficiency, redundancy, grid interaction, and scalability—into practical, compliant solutions.</li><li>Able to use technical influence to play a key part in enabling customer adoption and supporting growth within the data center market.</li></ul>Base Salary Range: $116,500.00 -$174,700.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.  We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.  Sensata considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
