IT DepartmentThe IT team is responsible for providing support to about 500 staff members in over 40 countries. Support is primarily handled remotely with support teams based in New York and London. The infrastructure is cloud-based using third-party suppliers. Position Description:The Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for addressing the day-to-day helpdesk tickets; reviewing inventory needs; monitoring and proactively managing computers and phones; supporting and helping to implement security procedures; and addressing special IT projects as necessary.
