<h2>Overview</h2>Siemens Blade Repair Technician – Level C 100% Travel | Siemens Blade Repair  About the Role Sky Climber Renewables is seeking Siemens Blade Repair Technicians – Level C to support structural blade repair scopes across Siemens Gamesa wind projects. This role is focused on comprehensive structural repairs, including laminate restoration and damage that extends beyond surface-level erosion.  Level C technicians play a critical role in maintaining blade integrity and performance and are deployed specifically because of their Siemens Gamesa certification and demonstrated structural repair capability. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Deploy as part of SCR’s Siemens-certified blade repair teams supporting Siemens Gamesa projects </li></ul><ul> <li>Travel 100% on a rotational basis to Siemens blade repair projects across the U.S. </li></ul><ul> <li>Perform structural blade repairs, including laminate repair and restoration beyond surface erosion </li></ul><ul> <li>Execute Siemens–approved repair procedures for mid- to high-severity blade damage </li></ul><ul> <li>Prepare repair areas, perform composite layups, and complete structural restorations per Siemens standards </li></ul><ul> <li>Support inspection, assessment, and documentation of blade damage and completed repairs </li></ul><ul> <li>Adhere strictly to Siemens’ quality, safety, and documentation requirements </li></ul><ul> <li>Collaborate with Level D technicians and supervisors on complex repair scopes </li></ul><ul> <li>Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in accordance with SCR and Siemens requirements </li></ul><ul> <li>Complete all required technical reports and service documentation accurately and on time </li></ul>Siemens Certifications &amp; Activation Requirements (Required) <ul> <li>Current Siemens Blade Repair Certification – Level C </li></ul><ul> <li>GWO Certifications: Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), Advanced Rescue Training (ART) </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to maintain required certifications including OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Siemens blade repair certifications </li></ul><ul> <li>This role prioritizes technicians who are certified and ready for Siemens Gamesa structural blade repair deployment </li></ul>Technical Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience performing structural blade repairs on Siemens turbines </li></ul><ul> <li>Proficiency in composite repair techniques including laminate repair, epoxies, adhesives, and reinforcement materials </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to follow Siemens repair manuals, technical instructions, and quality standards precisely </li></ul><ul> <li>Strong focus on execution quality, safety compliance, and documentation accuracy </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a structured blade repair team </li></ul>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements <ul> <li>Ability to climb wind turbines 300 feet or more </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to lift and move materials and tools up to 50 lbs </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to work at height and within blade environments </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditions </li></ul><ul> <li>Weight requirement of 120–280 lbs, including clothing, boots, and standard personal protective equipment </li></ul>Employment Conditions <ul> <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record </li></ul><ul> <li>Ability to pass background check(s) and drug screening </li></ul><ul> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position per Siemens and SCR requirements </li></ul>About Sky Climber Renewables Sky Climber Renewables (SCR) provides specialized field services to the utility-scale wind industry across North America.
