Leads Hydro Engineering project team in the execution of the projects. Provides oversight of lead discipline engineers, project administrators, project controls / scheduler representatives, procurement representative and other team members assigned to the project.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with engineering teams both external and internal during the early project development phase to better define project scope through conceptual engineering to final designs.</li><li>Develop project initiation documents such as the Project Charter and Project Management Plan. Oversee the preparation, approval, and updates of Quality Management System documentation, securing Steering Committee approval where required.</li><li>Direct a multidisciplinary project team, through all phases - from initiation to closeout -ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Maintain and update project schedule as required.</li><li>Monitor and manage project finances, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, cost control, and procurement activities such as purchase order creation to maintain each project’s financial integrity.</li><li>Take projects through the complete bid process with multiple external vendors.
