<h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2><b>Position:</b> Design Coordination Expert</h2><h2><b>Job Location:</b></h2><p><span><span>Arunachal Pradesh</span></span>, India</p><p></p><h2><b>Role Objective</b></h2><p>To coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design activities, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation of design deliverables in alignment with project requirements.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>Coordinate design submissions and reviews related to RCC dam and associated works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective interface management between design, construction, and client teams.</p></li><li><p>Track design deliverables, approvals, and revisions as per project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Identify design conflicts and support timely technical resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.</p></li><li><p>Support technical meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting.</p></li></ul><h2><b>Qualification &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <b>8 years of relevant experience</b> in design and design coordination of infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of design review processes and construction interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
