Unison continues to expand rapidly and is looking for talented, entrepreneurial people to grow with us. </span></div><br><br><h3>The Job</h3><ul><li>Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the company’s model.</li><li>Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.</li><li>Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.</li><li>Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.</li><li>Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.</li><li>Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.  </li><li>Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.</li></ul><h3>Attributes</h3><ul><li>A successful candidate will bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture, including:</li><li>A love of competition.</li><li>Collaborative team spirit.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. </li><li>Outstanding negotiation and influence skills.</li><li>Respect for colleagues and sense of humor.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.</li><li>Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills.  </li><li>Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.  </li><li>Familiarity with real estate closing processes. </li><li>Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.</li><li>Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition. </li></ul><br>
