With a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will oversee the customer onboarding process and support them throughout the adoption cycle to ensure they achieve the best possible results.    This role covers the Mountain West region, so we're looking for someone who is either currently located in, or open to relocating to, one of the following states: Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, or Utah.<h3>COMPENSATION</h3>The hiring range for this role is $57,800 – $98,260 per year base salary, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $68,000 – $115,600. This reflects the full span across all US locations where this role can be based; your specific range will depend on your location. We believe in good faith that this is the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual compensation within this range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.<h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li>Act as the trusted advisor for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, synthesizing their business needs, and communicating these insights across internal stakeholders </li><li>Conduct regular high-touch customer activities, such as calls, service reviews, and enablement sessions, to deepen engagement and ensure satisfaction </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption, usage, or growth within assigned accounts </li><li>Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth early adoption and guiding customers toward achieving measurable success </li><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve them effectively </li><li>Track and report on key account health metrics, and lead initiatives to address risks or drive improvements   </li><li>Communicating effectively at all levels of the organization, keeping stakeholders informed  </li></ul><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>A Bachelors or Masters degree in Geosystems, Engineering or Computer Science will help you easily understand our technology  </li><li>3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting. </li><li>Proven track record of building trusted relationships with B2B clients and delivering measurable business value </li><li>Familiarity with the technology, geospatial, or AEC industries (experience at leading industry companies is a plus) </li><li>Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster strong team dynamics and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders  </li><li>Willingness to travel to build deeper relationships and address customers' technical needs </li></ul><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Johnny (he/him).
