From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Technical writer:<ul><li>Collaborate with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand product data and technical information.</li><li>Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:</li><li>Product specifications and data sheets, User manuals, Process documentation, Training materials &amp; Configuration guides</li><li>User manuals and guides for product data management systems</li><li>Process documentation for data entry, validation, and preventative maintenance plans</li><li>Training materials for internal teams on product data standards and tools</li><li>Configuration guides and release notes related to product data updates</li><li>FAQs and knowledge base articles</li><li>Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, complete, and adheres to established style guides and terminology.</li><li>Organize and manage documentation within designated content management systems (CMS) or product data management (PDM) platforms.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on product data, software, or engineering documentation.</li><li>Proven experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) systems.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concise</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Certification in Technical Communication (e.g., Certified Professional Technical Communicator - CPTC)</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance </li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available  </li><li>Company provided Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement  </li><li>Safety-focused culture  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
