Aspiration is hiring a Director, Integrated Marketing to oversee the end-to-end strategy for our cash management accounts (Aspiration & Aspiration Plus). This role sits at the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group, and will lead the team responsible for mapping strategy and tactics across our target audiences and priority industries for one of our marquee products. The ideal candidate is a master orchestrator and sophisticated marketer, with a rigorous focus on measurement and business impact. As the integrated marketing campaign leader, you will work most closely with key stakeholders within Marketing, Brand/Creative, Performance Marketing, Product, Analytics, and CRM. In this role, you will be overseeing full-funnel marketing initiatives while thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, understanding the customer journey and competitive landscape to meet or exceed growth targets. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing.
What You'll Do
Strategic GTM Development:
Build and define the go-to-market strategy, alongside lead partners across paid, owned and earned marketing channels to reach prospective consumers.
Design and execute the promotional strategy for Aspiration & Aspiration Plus to ensure a competitive feature set that delivers on ROI targets.
Partner with marketing analytics to develop data-driven campaigns and strategies.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
Partner with Brand & Creative to oversee the product positioning and messaging for Aspiration and Aspiration Plus.
Set the strategy for messaging throughout the customer’s lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional meetings to share learnings and monitor progress.
Build quarterly OKRs to help prioritize marketing needs for debit product(s).
Partner with internal channel leads and external partners to conduct A/B tests on messaging and new feature rollouts.
Performance Management & Data Analysis:
Monitor forecast and quarterly re-forecasting based on conversion metrics and data analysis.
Update team during business reviews, focusing on tracking against KPIs that support business objectives.
Consumer & Competitive Insights:
Build a customer feedback loop through surveys, A/B tests and other tools to further optimize product experience.
Stay on top of trends in the competitive landscape and translate customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of progressive marketing experience (Experience within the banking industry or banking industry adjacent, is a plus)
Proven track record of launching and promoting new products & services
Customer-Centric: Demonstrate a focus on understanding how to translate consumer insights into tangible actions that can be tested with the consumer
Results & Detail Oriented - Maintaining a key eye on the overall user experience across various platforms is ideal
Strong Communicator - Excellent communication skills with the ability to take multiple points of thought and weave them into a story to help create compelling content
Organized - Able to organize and manage multiple projects at once to help take them across the finish line; Staying on top of project status and proactively reporting out as needed.
Collaborative - Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with the power to influence across departments.
