This role works closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose product issues, document findings, and assist with repair evaluations and reporting.What your day will look like as an RMA Technician The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques. This position includes hands-on hardware testing, failure analysis, repair support, and detailed reporting of findings.
