<h2>Overview</h2>We are designing the Grid of the futureEPE is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to support our continued growth in Latin America, US and Canada.  This highly visible role will allow you to make a direct impact by influencing our brand and attracting top talent.  <h2>Responsibilities</h2> How you can make an impact:<ul> <li> Partner with managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing/recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Utilize various sourcing and recruiting methods and tools to engage and attract engineering talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.</li> <li>Evaluate candidate information, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback, to assist hiring managers in making informed decisions; build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles. </li> <li>Open and manage, job requisitions in the ATS; maintain complete and accurate candidate records including disposition codes, interview feedback, and offer details in compliance with recordkeeping requirements. </li> <li>Coordinate all interview stages — phone screens, technical assessments, panel interviews, and debrief sessions — managing scheduling logistics across multiple time zones and stakeholders.</li> <li>Prepare and process offer letters, coordinate pre-employment screening (background checks, reference checks, and drug testing as applicable), and track completion prior to each candidate's start date.</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates.</li> <li>Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hire.</li> <li>Attend career fairs and work with university partners.</li> <li>Provide back-up to TA and HR department in Panama as needed.</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2>Bring your passion, here what’s needed: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li> <li>3-5 years’ work experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Familiarity with sourcing and passive recruiting techniques, including social media recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools. ICIMS experience preferred.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. </li> <li>Must be able to read and write in English proficiently.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. </li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.</li> <li>Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.</li> <li>Prior experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles in US and Canada preferred.</li></ul>  Lead the Change!Be a part of an innovative team shaping the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence.  For more than half a century, Electric Power Engineers (EPE) has partnered with power and energy clients across the globe, providing consulting expertise and energy intelligence software solutions for complex engineering and grid modeling challenges.
