In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to key tax topics such as compliance, audits, transfer pricing, tax automation and tax controls, while working closely with internal teams and external advisors. This internship is a great opportunity to learn in a fast-paced, international environment and develop a broad understanding of tax within a growing organization.</p><p><strong> </strong><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p><ul><li>Support the day‑to‑day management of Tax operations in Europe</li><li>Assist on the optimization of the European Tax Control Framework (Tax accounting, Tax compliance, Transfer pricing, Tax risks, Tax audits, Tax automation etc.)</li><li>Assist with tax compliance processes and contribute to tax audit activities</li><li>Gain exposure to tax structuring projects in a fast-evolving international environment</li><li>Help increase tax awareness across the Lucid organization</li><li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across different departments, organizations and countries</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><div>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HBO or WO), preferably in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with exposure to tax</div></li><li>Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (our main working language)</li><li>Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented and reliable</li><li>Interest in Tax, Accounting and Legal topics</li><li>Able to adapt in a fast-paced, scaleup environment</li><li>Comfortable working with Excel</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Interest in automotive industry</li><li>Exposure to Tax or Finance roles</li><li>Experience with ERP systems</li><li>Additional languages (especially French or German)</li><li>Experience in an international environment</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll gain </strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience in European Tax management</li><li>Exposure to cross-functional and international collaboration (EU &amp; US teams)</li><li>A holistic view of Tax within a growing global organization</li><li>The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment</li><li>A chance to experience the award-winning Lucid brand first-hand</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div><p><em>Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
