If you're energetic, people-first, and ready to grow with a company on the move, we want to hear from you.</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales</li><li>Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar</li><li>Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs</li><li>Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies</li><li>Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential</li><li>Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>2+ years of sales experience (solar or construction preferred)</li><li>CRM experience</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Strong communication skills and self-motivation</li></ul>
