Develop processes and tracking tools with key milestones, parameters, schedules, and cost forecast. </li></ul><ul><li>Creating materials that support project development, including presentations, talking points, and market analysis. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with implementing permitting strategies, schedules, and agency and public outreach efforts to minimize project cost and risk. </li></ul><ul><li>Create and/or manage internal tools for tracking efforts to develop/construct projects and for coordinating internal resources and priorities </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with development efforts such as land agreement negotiations, processing, and permit preparation </li></ul><ul><li>Support due diligence on project acquisition opportunities as requested </li></ul><ul><li>Provide development support through engineering, procurement, construction, and financing as required </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Must be authorized to work for any US employer, without the need for work visa sponsorship now or in the future.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree a plus </li></ul><ul><li>Broad knowledge of Federal, state, regional, and local air, water, and conservation laws, rules, and regulations. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills, detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work product. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage a diverse workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues, while prioritizing tasks and effectively juggling competing deadlines. </li></ul><ul><li> Excellent Team-worker, prioritizing the fulfillment of team objectives </li></ul><ul><li> Travel, as required (up to 25%) </li></ul><ul><li>0-4 years of work experience in a related industry desired but not required </li></ul>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran
