You’ll lead the development and implementation of a structured, system-driven change management approach that minimises risk, cost, and disruption while supporting operational excellence. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure change is effectively managed, prioritised, and communicated at all levels of the organisation.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a confident and experienced change professional with a strong background in engineering or manufacturing environments. You’ll bring expertise in change management processes, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to analyse and communicate complex data.
