Operating at an enterprise level, the team ensures that transformation activity is aligned, prioritised and governed effectively to maximise organisational performance and customer outcomes. This role sits within the IPP central function and works across all directorates to shape and assure the organisation’s portfolio of improvement and transformation initiatives. The role focusses on enterprise alignment, governance and capability rather than local delivery. The IPP Black Belt leads and enables enterprise-wide change and continuous improvement, ensuring that initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
