<h2><strong>About the </strong></h2><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>Muon seeks an Office Coordinator for our Mountain View, CA office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of company facilities, including visitor management, workspace functionality, and facility related vendor relationships while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work environments.</p><p><strong>Important:</strong> This role requires on-site presence Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This role does not offer a WFH option. Occasional on-call availability on weekends may be required in the event of a company event or facility emergency.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Manage the front door and oversee Muon's guest check-in process.</li><li> Maintain end-to-end employee experience including café, snacks, badge distribution and access, and collaboration areas ensuring a welcoming and well run environment for visitors and employees alike</li><li>Assist with office events, space setup, and facility readiness activities</li><li>Receive USPS, scan and email documents to the appropriate department</li><li>Create and issue corporate badges; manage access control for employees and guests</li><li>Conduct a daily perimeter check before leaving to ensure the security of our facility</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and internal colleagues to resolve on-site facility issues with minimal disruption to business operations</li><li>Stay vigilant with ADA compliance and building compliance requirements</li><li>Communicate planned facility work and schedules to internal teams to minimize operational impact</li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Must be able and willing to reliably work in our Mountain View office 5 days per week from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li>1–2 years of office coordination, corporate operations, or related administrative experience</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Computer literacy, including experience with Google Workspace and Slack</li><li>Familiarity with visitor registration systems (iPad, The Receptionist, Envoy; ITAR knowledge is a plus)</li><li>Proactively identifies and resolves issues, taking personal accountability for solutions and follow-through</li><li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li></ul><h2><strong>Nice-to-have Skills</strong></h2><ul><li>Associate's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience working with ticket management software (Asana, Jira a plus)</li></ul><ul><li>Associate's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Familiarity with basic facility or building management processes</li></ul><h2><strong>Salary</strong></h2><p><strong>This role is non-exempt. </strong>The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 ($40-$43/hourly), plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.
