This is a pivotal role for a decisive professional who can shape the future of our data center business in one of Asia's most dynamic markets.</p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive market strategy for the data center sector in India, identifying growth opportunities and competitive positioning</li><li>Lead business development efforts to establish and expand client relationships with enterprise customers, cloud providers, and strategic partners</li><li>Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability</li><li>Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making</li><li>Manage P&amp;L responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency and financial targets are met</li><li>Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and potential partners</li><li>Develop and present market performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership</li><li>Oversee service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across all operations</li><li>Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in cloud infrastructure, edge computing, and related technologies</li></ul>
