We value collaboration and take pride in delivering work that has a direct impact on our customers, colleagues, and the company’s success.This position is with placement in Ludvika, Sweden, and will require international traveling, circa 20-30%.  How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Drive business growth in dedicated markets by strengthening relationships with our current customer base and developing new opportunities, positioning our On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings as the preferred choice for transformer applications.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with transformer manufacturers and end-users, including utilities and large industrial clients.</li><li>Collaborate closely with local sales teams to achieve sales targets and secure product approvals.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial offers by translating customer requirements into correct solutions.</li><li>Administer customer requests and purchase orders, ensuring a structured and complete handover of all technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting to management.</li><li>Create and execute strategic plans to meet both short-term and long-term business goals.  </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>We are looking for an engaged, determined and service-minded person who can work both independently and as well in a team.</li><li>You have electrical and/or technical background and preferably hold a master’s degree combined with commercial competence.</li><li>You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.  </li><li>You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself for continuous development.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
