The position combines strategic process development with hands-on data analysis to drive proactive risk mitigation across the supply chain.Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Lead and enhance supplier risk management processes, focusing on the Supplier Pressure Test and Resilinc platform integration.</li><li>Analyze and interpret supplier risk data, leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and refine reporting and dashboards that link Pressure Test outputs with Resilinc and COFACE insights.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and global commodity teams to guide mitigation strategies and escalate risks.</li><li>Drive follow-up actions with plants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely risk mitigation execution.</li><li>Support development of a more proactive and predictive risk management approach across the organization.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on risk tools, data interpretation, and best practices.</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business Management Required</li><li>5 plus years of purchasing or program management experience working in an automotive production purchasing/GSM environment, with exposure to supplier risk management.</li><li>Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) a plus</li><li>Experience working as member of a team</li><li>Program Management Skills</li><li>Team Leader Skills</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake).</li><li>Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Strong Interpersonal Skills - Position interacts with all levels of BorgWarner/Supplier Management</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, eRFQ, Web based Intranet Systems, MRP systems knowledge a plus.</li><li>Must be self-motivated/directed.
