<h2>Overview</h2>What You’ll Be Doing The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist serves as a strategic and delivery leader for Enterprise Risk technology products, owning the definition and evolution of risk capabilities across platforms. For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Own and manage product backlogs for risk technology solutions, including ServiceNow IRM and internally developed applications</li> <li>Partner with Enterprise Risk stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and capability based outcomes aligned to enterprise risk strategy</li> <li>Translate risk management needs (e.g., risk identification, controls, issues management, reporting) into prioritized epics, features, and user stories</li> <li>Provide thought leadership on how risk capabilities should be enabled, scaled, and integrated across platforms rather than optimized in isolation</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear direction to delivery teams on priorities and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Evaluate trade offs between configuration, customization, and integration approaches with a focus on scalability and sustainability</li> <li>Collaborate with architecture, PMO, and upstream/downstream system owners to manage dependencies and drive coherent solution design</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>BA/BS in relevant field and 7+ years of experience in product management roles, with meaningful experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with risk technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM or comparable GRC tools)</li> <li>Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, processes, and regulatory expectations</li> <li>Proven ability to act as a thought partner to senior risk and technology leaders</li> <li>Experience working in Agile delivery environments</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision making skills</li></ul>Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $95,000.
