Performs labeling of all components with a component identification tag if components are compliant through inspection. Restrains the components at the dedicated area when fails the inspection and initiate the supplier non-conformance management process to report back the issue to the suppliers.​ How you’ll make an impact <ul><li>Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements</li><li>Conduct visual/dimensional inspection of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies</li><li>Document inspection results as required</li><li>Report to quality engineer /Quality manager on any deviations observed during incoming inspection</li><li>Create quality inspection records, apply the visual indications on the inspected parts as per procedures</li><li>Create Nonconformity reports and keeping track of the status</li><li>Record and track daily IQC inspection backlog</li><li>Maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status</li><li>Handle materials in accordance to procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.</li><li>Log/track materials through receiving inspection process and SAP entries</li><li>Record transactions and move materials to accepted material area</li><li>Communicate inspection results to Quality engineers and other relevant persons.</li><li>Refer to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc.</li><li>Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments for deviation detection, root cause analysis and correction measures implementation.</li><li>Support failure analysis, trouble shooting, site visit, reporting &amp; quality process, use A3 template in analysis</li><li>Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical technical courses</li><li>3-5 Years’ experience</li><li>Quality Control/Quality Assurance</li><li>Knowledge to read drawings</li><li>MS office and computer skills</li><li>Hands on Inspection of material and use of tools to measurement</li><li>English Communication skills</li><li>Influencing Continuous Improvement and decision making and time Management.</li></ul><h2>Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
