This is an outside sales position requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, prospects, distributors, and industry partners. The role will involve a combination of account management and business development: the Territory Sales Manager will pursue net-new OEM factory-fit contracts while simultaneously growing and protecting an existing book of business through strategic account development. In this position, you are not simply a vendor. You are a trusted sales professional who diagnoses customer requirements, designs the right battery solution for every application and owns the sales outcome from first contact to closed decision. If you are self-motivated, results driven, and energized by achieving business growth targets- apply to join our team today!  As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:Strategic Business Development (Hunter)<ul><li> Identify, target, and secure net-new customers across both OEM (manufacturers) and Aftermarket (parts distributors, service networks, and dealerships) segments.</li><li> Lead prospects through the complete pursuit cycle — from initial outreach and qualification to a concrete Sales Decision.</li><li> Conduct application-based solution design consultations with engineering and procurement teams, positioning the right product for each specific customer requirement.</li></ul> Account Growth &amp; Retention (Farmer)<ul><li> Grow the current Book of Business by proactively identifying New Business Opportunities — including line conversions, product category expansions, and accessory attach rates within existing accounts.</li><li> Conduct structured, high-value in-person Strategic Consultations that assess five key pillars: Customer Business Health, Product Performance, Service &amp; Delivery Satisfaction, Areas for Improvement, and New Growth Opportunities.</li><li> Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at each account, positioning yourself as an indispensable solutions partner rather than a transactional supplier.</li></ul> The Location: Your territory will encompass Sudbury and surrounding areas in Northern Ontario, with some longer trips being required periodically. Requirements:<ul><li>3–5+ years of field sales experience in technical sales within the battery, automotive, or industrial machinery sector.</li><li>Demonstrated experience navigating both OEM procurement cycles and Aftermarket distribution networks.</li><li>Prior experience using enterprise-grade CRM platforms.</li><li>Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to deliver in-person proposals to executive and technical decision-makers.</li><li>Strong understanding of battery product categories including SLI, AGM, Dry Cell, and Powersport applications.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory for face-to-face client engagement. </li></ul> Compensation:<ul><li>$50,000 - $100,000 base salary.</li><li>Bonus structure; the more you sell, the more you earn.</li><li>Relevant job training.</li><li>Health and Dental Benefits.</li><li>Monthly exercise reimbursement program.</li><li>An opportunity to be part of a 100% Canadian owned + operated company!</li></ul></div>
