Talent Acquisition:  <ul><li>Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all open roles across all levels, from entry-level through to senior leadership.</li><li>Define and continuously refine sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines using job boards, social media, direct search and employee referrals</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions, set role requirements, and design structured, fair, and effective interview processes.</li><li>Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer
