You are the voice of Base from mission control, providing end-to-end guidance to ensure every battery installation and service call is safe, efficient, and successful. This is not a typical support role. You’ll be the interdisciplinary link between our field electricians, our engineers, and our members, using tools like Grafana and Retool to monitor system health while troubleshooting issues over the phone, text, and Slack.
