We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Supporting the needs of Manufacturing</li><ul><li>Providing alternate parts definition and control as required</li><li>Creating an MRB Team and all necessary supporting documentation</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Support technical Design Reviews of Electrical Wiring systems</li><li>Mentor, train, and develop engineers in the Electrical Wiring team</li><li>Review and approve documentation such as test reports, BOMs, Drawings, etc</li><li>Use your knowledge of industry standard components to select optimal parts to suit specific design applications and requirements. </li><li>Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639)</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>10-years proven track record of leading multi-disciplined Electrical Harness Design teams in development and sustaining aircraft efforts including:</li><ul><li>Team Performance Reviews</li><li>Managing individual improvement plans</li><li>Supporting Teams Technical Growth</li><li>Succession planning</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field</li><li>Knowledgeable of and supporting the needs and requirements of an Electrical Harness Fabrication facility</li><li>Strong understanding of the 2D / 3D Design Tool sets and how they communicate with one another </li><ul><li>Knowledge of  the following tool sets:  Mentor Graphics Capital  &amp; NX or similar drafting architectures</li></ul><li>Knowledgeable of and supporting Electrical Harness Certification Requirements</li><li>Proficient in Building and supporting Corporate Schedules, Budgets, Staffing Requirements and providing detailed updates of all of these to Senior Leadership</li></ul>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
