As PM, you'll work closely with the SVPs of Brand Creative to manage all creative projects within the Aspiration Marketing department. You'll be the glue that holds the creative development process together, acting as a steward of the work – driving the most effective and efficient systems to optimize our output. You'll develop close relationships with the larger marketing team and be an expert in identifying the right people to bring together at critical junctures in the project to move it forward. You'll also be sensitive to the creative process, ensuring the team is set up for success and able to deliver best-in-class creative work. As Project Manager, you'll have full visibility of 360°-campaigns from conception through delivery and help keep the Marketing Leadership Team focused on priorities, resource needs, and scope.

Develop and manage budgets for freelancers and contractors
Interface with HR team when booking freelancers
