We don’t just sell welding equipment; we provide the best welding solutions!Main tasks (non-exhaustive list):<ul><li>Reports to Regional Sales Manager for Ontario.</li><li>Responsible for yearly Business Plan and Sales &amp; Service Revenues of automotive accounts within the specified region</li><li>Responsible for the sale of Fronius robotic and manual welding systems as well as Fronius Services to OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers</li><li>Identify and maintain close relationships with key decision makers, C-level executives, middle management, and floor employees in all automotive accounts</li><li>Prospect new automotive OEM, tier1 and tier2 supplier accounts and uncover new projects</li><li>Prepare and present quotations, presentations, and ROI studies to automotive customers</li><li>Support Area Sales Managers with automotive projects, welding system configurations, presentations, meetings, contracts and closing sales.</li><li>Coordinate Fronius Technical Support for welding trials and resolve customer issues</li><li>Utilize CRM to document all activities and sales opportunities</li><li>Educate automotive accounts on existing and new Fronius technology benefits</li><li>Identify trends in the automotive industry and communicating them to the Fronius Team</li><li>Liaise with Fronius International on market updates, projects, new business</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Completed higher technical / commercial education</li><li>Must have experience in selling capital equipment to OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 automotive suppliers</li><li>Ability to manage Executive, Middle Management, Welders and Technical decision makers</li><li>Key account Management experience in the automotive segment</li><li>Strong track record in closing and managing large projects with Tier 1/OEM automotive</li><li>Must have extensive robotic welding knowledge – particularly in the automotive sector</li><li>Communicative personality with excellent presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and CRM</li><li>Willingness to travel within defined sales territory</li><li>Must live in the designated sales territory </li><li>No more than 2 jobs within the last 6 years</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and bonus plan ( Base salary: $60-80k Plus commission: 20%-40%)</li><li>RRSP matching plan for eligible employees</li><li>3 weeks of vacation, and</li><li>More</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In person, home and at customer sites.Would you like to be part of a dedicated team where your energy makes an impact?
