The engineer will be responsible for engaging with staff, test equipment, software, drawings, and procedures needed to transition processes to a standard format. Interface with off and onsite R&amp;D, operations, quality, and other manufacturing engineers to determine product needs and operation constraints.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:·        Participate in meetings and reviews for existing products·        Evaluate fixtures, equipment, tools and work with Manufacturing ENG for improvements and/or replacements·        Read and translate mechanical drawings for designs·        Create processes and test plans to a standard YSI format from existing drawings and procedures·        Assist with production process issues as required·        Interface with R&amp;D, operations, quality, and project managers to communicate concerns and clarify constraints of written processes·        Evaluate work cells in terms of process, equipment, capacity etc. to align work areas for optimal efficiency·        Manage label design, documentation and implementationMinimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:·        A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
