This role will play a key part in providing an accurate and efficient administrative service to the Sales department whilst also support customer enquiries and executing sales/marketing campaigns.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, high-technology environment supporting defence and aerospace programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Administrator will report directly to the Sales Manager. Typical responsibilities will include the following:<ul><li>Manage incoming enquiries and RFQs, ensuring timely tracking and allocation</li><li>Support preparation and submission of quotations and customer documentation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to progress opportunities and meet deadlines</li><li>Assist with order processing, acknowledgements, and general sales administration</li><li>Support marketing activities, including campaign execution, lead tracking, and content coordination</li><li>Maintain consistent processes, templates, and documentation standards</li><li>Provide administration support to the wider business as required</li></ul>Training &amp; Experience RequirementsEssential<ul><li>Previous experience in a sales administration or business support.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams.</li><li>Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Experience in marketing coordination.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
