You build and run the engine that answers that question: tier the account list, watch the public data that signals demand, automate the watching, and put ranked target lists with reasons into HubSpot every week. You also keep the CRM clean and produce forecasts management can put in front of a board. The strategy exists and is owned by the Head of Commercial; you make it run, and if you are good, you will end up helping shape it.</p><h2>You will be measured on</h2><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Whether sellers work from your lists, and what converts from them.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; How much recurring manual work you have automated away.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CRM data quality and forecast accuracy.</p><h2>You need</h2><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-5 years in revenue operations, sales ops or commercial data work, with real CRM administration (HubSpot preferred).</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong structured-data skills and an automation habit. Build with code, low-code or AI tools; we grade the output.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commercial judgement: you check your own work against whether it helps someone sell, and you stay close to the sales team.</p><h2>You do not need</h2><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Wind knowledge on day one, or ambitions to redesign our go-to-market.
