To thrive in this role and enjoy a successful journey with us, your background may look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technical sales within the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Good understanding of battery energy storage systems, energy markets, and grid applications.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market insights into business recommendations.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both technical and commercial environments.</li><li>English C1 and Greek C1 proficiency.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel when required to support customers, partners, and industry events.</li></ul></div></div>
