Manage newly activated sellers, owning their GMV and quality performance to ensure healthy, profitable growth for both the seller and Back Market, prior to handover to the Seller Success team</li><li>Be the bridge. Act as the trusted link between sellers and internal functional teams (Quality, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and more) to support sellers and navigate complexities seamlessly</li><li>Build industry expertise. Previous use of Salesforce or CRM tools is a big plus. </li><li>Fully professional proficiency in English is Mandatory.
