Let’s dive right in:<ul><li>Develop and lead Sungrow’s public affairs strategy and stakeholder engagement across Germany.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with federal and state authorities, political stakeholders, ministries, parliamentary offices and think tanks.</li><li>Monitor political, legislative and energy-policy developments that may affect Sungrow’s market access, reputation and business priorities.</li><li>Represent Sungrow in relevant German industry associations and align national positions with our European public affairs activities.</li><li>Act as a key contact for policymakers, regulatory bodies and stakeholders in the solar PV and battery storage sectors.</li><li>Prepare position papers, consultation responses, senior-management briefings and talking points aligned with Sungrow’s EU and global messaging.</li></ul> Your profile All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? To thrive in this role and enjoy a long-term impact, your background could look like this:<ul><li>You hold a degree in political science, law, public policy, European studies, international relations or a related field.</li><li>You bring at least five years of experience in public affairs, government relations or political communications within the German political environment.</li><li>You have an established network within German federal politics, Berlin’s energy-policy community or relevant industry associations.</li><li>You understand German energy and industrial policy, including EEG, electricity-market developments, capacity mechanisms and grid regulation.</li><li>You communicate confidently with political and institutional stakeholders and represent organisational interests with credibility and sound judgement.</li><li>You have German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.</li></ul> Why us?
