Right now, we’re laying the foundation for our next wave of growth.  We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.<h1>Job description</h1>The Role<ul><li>Support the following activities for Latam Countries such as Mexico, Colombia and Chile:<ul><li>Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and recording payments in banking platforms.</li><li>Accounts Receivable activities, including customer account reconciliations and invoice processing.</li><li>Monthly accounting closing for local and consolidated levels;</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.</li></ul></li><li>Support finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and process improvements within the Finance organization.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting in Public Accounting.</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in multinational companies in accounting and controllership activities</li><li>English knowledge, Intermediate level is a plus.</li><li>MS Office skills, especially Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems. Oracle is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.</li><li>Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.</li><li>Self-starter with willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact with different internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve finance and accounting processes.</li></ul>#LI-FC2<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
