We are currently operational in Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Senegal &amp; Ivory Coast.We are looking to engage a competent and experienced Administrative Support Officer, Legal &amp; Corporate Affairs to provide administrative, coordination and operational support to the Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources functions. We prohibit all forms of discrimination and harassment based on race, colour, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, pregnancy or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.Qualified women are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Legal, Compliance &amp; Corporate Affairs Support:</li></ol><ul><li>Assist with administrative aspects of legal, compliance and corporate affairs activities, including document preparation, filing and record management.</li><li>Maintain organised physical and electronic filing systems for contracts, corporate records, regulatory filings and other departmental documentation.</li><li>Track legal and compliance tasks, deadlines, contract renewals, filings and deliverables.</li><li>Support contract administration processes, including document circulation, execution tracking and record maintenance.</li><li>Assist with legal research, data gathering and preparation of routine reports, presentations and correspondence as assigned.</li><li>Coordinate engagements with external counsel, consultants and service providers, including processing and tracking invoices and supporting documentation.</li><li>Support ethics, compliance and corporate governance initiatives, including training logistics, record keeping and reporting activities.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings and maintain records of key action items where required.</li><li>Assist with preparing presentations, reports and other materials required by the CLAO.</li><li>Any other assigned duties.</li></ul><li>Human Resource Administrative Support :</li><ul><li>Provide administrative support in relation to HR processes and initiatives as directed by the CLAO.</li><li>Maintain HR-related records, trackers and documentation in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.</li><li>Coordinate logistics relating to onboarding, offboarding, training programmes and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Assist with preparation, filing and distribution of HR documentation as directed.</li><li>Schedule interviews, employee meetings, training sessions and other HR-related activities.</li><li>Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations and departmental updates.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and company information.</li></ul><li>Administrative &amp; Coordination Support:</li><ul><li>Manage departmental calendars, meeting schedules and logistical arrangements.</li><li>Arrange travel, accommodation, meeting venues and event logistics as required.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CLAO as directed.</li><li>Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation.</li><li>Track departmental action items, deliverables and follow-up activities.</li><li>Maintain departmental databases, contact lists and records.</li><li>Coordinate procurement requests, vendor engagements and invoice processing for the department.</li><li>Assist with scanning, filing, document archiving and general office administration.</li><li>Provide administrative support required for the efficient operation of the Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources functions.</li><li>Perform any other reasonable administrative or coordination duties assigned by the Chief Legal and Coporate Officer (CLAO) from time to time.</li></ul>Requirements<ol><li>Education: Minimum of HND in Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Administrative Support roles.</li><li>Language Proficiency: English.</li><li>Character:</li></ol><ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Strong document management and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Professional and service-oriented approach to work.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Familiarity with ethics &amp; compliance frameworks.</li></ul></ul><li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 applications, Document management systems, report writing and analysis.</li>Benefits<ul> <li>Opportunity to work in a forward-looking, innovative company, with an international group of colleagues.</li> <li>Unlimited career opportunities - driven by on the job achievements and personal development.</li> <li>A competitive salary and benefits package with long-term prospects in a fast-growing company.</li> </ul>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
