<p>This role is primarily responsible for providing simple to moderately complex support to the day-to-day time and labor process and ensure the accurate posting of timecard transactions based on relevant policies, regulations, and standard processes.</p><ul><li>Performs simple  to complicated time and labor processes to support the overall timekeeping services in compliance with methodologies, relevant regulations, and established standards.</li><li>Gathers and Reviews timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked in line with standard methodologies and processes.</li><li>Performs weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.</li><li>Provides support on extracting  period-end reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements.</li><li>Runs regular reports for timekeeping transactions.</li><li>Answers simple to complicated timekeeping inquiries using company systems based on standard procedures.</li><li>Escalates and analyzes identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.</li><li>Maintains the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporates documentation updates as required.</li><li>Performs simple to complicated routinary tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Assesses identified issues and collates documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues</li><li>Contributes and supports in generating simple CI initiatives to streamline processes</li><li>Performs ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.</li><li>Monitor, review and validate Oracle Time &amp; Labor Interface reports</li><li>Process simple and complicated SNOW requests pertaining to timekeeping, including monitoring and closing of cases. </li></ul>
